Our guest Geert Burgeois was the lucky winner of the “shot of the month” competition in the Fly Fishing & Fly Tying magazine of Scotland. Congratulations Geert.

The picture was at night taken in June 2019 while lighting strikes hit the other side of Lake Ulen.

The angler on the picture is our guide Thomas. “This strange weather scenario was special. It was clear skies and dry on our side of the lake, but 5 km further north was a thunderstorm.” – Thomas
